GROVE Design and Construct has done various development projects in the past. We work closely with our clients and Local Authorities during all the development stages.

Our Engineers are well qualified, with the recognition of Engineers Australia.

Communication is of the utmost importance to us. We therefore arrange for regular meetings and also issue weekly reports to our clients to inform them of the progress.

We aim to deliver our projects safely, on time, on budget and to the quality specified by the client.

gdc will manage contracts from inception to completion and will include and not be limited to:

• Stakeholder Engagement
• Monitor Safety, Environmental, Heritage and Quality.
• Approve ITP’s and Communicate any NCR’s.
• Risk and Opportunity Management.
• Daily Dockets and SMU hour approvals.
• Technical support to contractors.
• Works Schedule monitoring.
• Weekly reporting on progress.
• Monthly site meetings.
• Variation Order approvals.
• Assess and Validate Progress Claims.
• Forecasting and Accruals
