GROVE Design and Construct (gdc) is a company specialising in Project Management Services as well as the delivery of Civil Design and Construct Projects.
The Company targets the following categories with regards to its service delivery with-in Main Roads.

The business was developed over the last couple of years through the delivery of services to Main Roads on specific projects.
It was through these opportunities that a thorough understanding was developed with regards to the delivery of Main Roads projects through their systems and processes.
Maintenance works for the following financial year were planned for based on the 10 Year Network Development Plan in consultation with the Delivery Manager and Network Manager. The identified works scheduled on the Annual Works Program were carried out and captured through the Maintenance Management Information System (MMIS) and reported in the Work Performance Management System (WPMS).
Currently, gdcis engaged in the delivery of various projects within the Kimberley Region and are providing the following project management service:

- Traffic Management Supervision.
gdc deliver the project directly through the Main Roads systems available on iRoads which include:
- Procurement
- Contract Formation
- Tender Receipt
- Tender Evaluation and Approval
- Delegation and Authority process
- Development of Annual Work Packages
- Contract Management
- Documentation Control utilizing TRIM
- Enterprise Project Management (EPM) update and reporting
- Monthly Accruals and Forecasting in BEARS
- Attend monthly Regional Finance Meetings.
- Compile monthly Project Summary Reports (PSR’s)
As a business we are also focused on the training of Graduate Engineers in all aspects of engineering during the delivery and operate phases.
